What Do I Lose is about a toxic relationship but what is the real meaning beside this title ? 

 

"What Do I Lose" has two meanings to it, or rather two point of view.

The first way of explaining it is like, "What do I lose even if we break up? It's not like I don't have any other choice aside of you?"
An example of this can be seen in the lyrics of the song, "What do I lose, life without you, spending on boujee, flexing my gucci and getting more heads."

The second way of explaining it is like, "What do I lose if we break up? I think I actually lose my world because you are so important to me after all."  
An example of this can be seen in the lyrics of the song, " Get wasted, still have you in my mind, what do I lose, how much do I lose, I know I'm confuse when my life without you."

This song also is reflecting the relationship of nowaday youngster, who think they have it all, but at the end of the day, they will regret of making such a rash move, not appreciating what they currently have.
